The One Who Wins
Scripture:
<Revelation 6:2, NIV> “I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.”
Hallelujah!
This Sunday, I spoke on the theme, “Living with the Holy Spirit and the Lord within God until the end is winning.”
Today, continuing from Sunday, I will deliver the message on “The One Who Wins” through proverbs.
The words of proverbs are condensed, so you must ponder them more deeply and extensively, and read them repeatedly. Please listen carefully and take them deeply to heart.
- Those who know take action; those who do not know run away.
- The rabbit nibbled, and the roe deer fled in fright. There was a scarecrow.
- The lion and the tiger were swept away by the rushing water, while the young fish happily played in the rushing water. Lions and tigers are kings of the land, not kings of the water. People, too, are like little children when they leave their own domain.
- A car crawls, races, and reigns as a king on land, but once it enters the water, it is like a little child.
- People, too, cannot exercise their strength when they step outside their mission and their domain. Be careful. At such times, play like a little child.
- If you step outside the domain of your mission, you will come under attack from others.
- Do not leave the domain of righteousness or the domain of Providence. Slanderers, weeds, Satan, evil, and the former faith will attack you.
- If you remain within your domain, you will fight and win no matter who attacks you.
- If you remain within God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, and the Lord, they will always love and help you. Do not doubt this in the slightest. You do not even need to check.
- Always call on the Lord, rely on him, and stand firm. God’s messengers, the angels, are beside you.
- Always pray to the Lord, tell him [things], and cry out to him.
- If you are within the sun’s domain, you always receive its beneficial influence, whether you doubt it or not. It is the same when you are within God’s domain.
- If you remain still, your strength merely exists in your body and mind. You must take action to gain or possess anything.
- You must trust in the strength of your mind and act. Then you will shatter difficulties, cut the cords entangled in your own doubts, and take action.
- Love, compassion, and the power to save lives are useful only when you use them while evangelizing and saving people.
- Do not only say, “My faith is weak,” “My love is weak,” “My actions are weak,” “My mind is weak,” or “My intelligence and wisdom are weak,” but believe and act. You should love God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, the Lord, and your brothers and sisters; take action, save lives, and spread the Word. Only if you continually take action while doing so does your wisdom and knowledge grow stronger.
- Your body and mind are a factory that produces wisdom, knowledge, love, money, and ability. Keep it running. Manage it.
- Your body and mind are what God created, made, and gave you.
- You will become a professional only if you keep praying and managing them.
- You must develop your talents so they can run and soar—in evangelizing, lecturing, preaching, counseling, working with people, and so on.
- If you do not let people do something because they are poor at it, they become even less capable. If you keep giving them tasks, they become capable.
- Even if someone is capable, if given no opportunity, they end without them even trying once.
- When God, the Holy Spirit, and the Lord give you a mission, study it and carry it out with all your heart, will, and life while being faithful to the point of death.
- God gives you a mission and watches you with eyes like blazing fire. At that time, you must produce a gain.
- When you are given an opportunity, you must produce a large return.
- Do not tolerate Satan, the devil, or slanderers. Reject them in your heart, resist them, and fight with spiritual power. Satan and evil are like clouds and smoke; if you fight them with strong thinking and a firm spirit, they disappear.
- One day, Satan came with the spirits of evil people. I paid them no attention and simply did my work. Because their thinking and hearts did not agree with mine, they left.
- On another occasion, I rejected them and struck them with the sword of the Word, and they disappeared.
- Only if you continually use your abilities will you become strong like a mighty warrior.
- Those who say they cannot do something are that way because, until they reached their age, they have not tried it and thus, have failed to become capable.
- If you put things into practice a lot, you become like a professional martial artist.
- If you believe the Word and act on it, because it is God’s Word, He works with you. Therefore, the more you act, the more you will be able to both run and soar. God works with you as much as you act.
- Do not lose the predawn hours to sleep. Go to bed early and seize the dawn. Do not treat that time like an unwelcome guest; focus on your purpose.
- For everyone, life is a journey of making one’s way through jungles, fields overgrown with weeds, and thickets of thorns.
- Do not say that you alone walk a path of hardship. Everyone gains things by going through and overcoming such paths.
- Do not die; remain alive and active in both body and spirit. Even if it seems the sky has fallen, that sky does not fall on you alone. It falls on the billionaires and the poor of this world, on the savior and on those who are to be saved.
- When the rubble of an earthquake falls on you, you survive by clearing away from inside while others dig you out from outside. Life in this world is like that.
- Do not say, “Why aren’t God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, and the Lord helping?” Because They already knew, They were the very first to help you.
- It is only the Lord God and the Holy Spirit.
- For me, Seonsaeng, too, both in the past and now, when the sky seemed to fall, and the wreckage of an earthquake came down upon me, I have kept clearing away with my hands and my heart what seemed to crush the life out of me. What seemed to surely be pressing against my throat, I have cleared it away by punching it with my fists, and I am barely able to breathe only now.
- I break apart what constantly presses against my body by butting it with my head.
- When I, Seonsaeng, dig from within the place where I am buried, you also dig from outside, and so I come out alive. At that time, I imprison Satan and evil forever.
- Only when we live overcoming suffering and injustice in this way does God imprison Satan and all evil in darkness automatically.
- Act with the hope of imprisoning and eliminating the enemy, the devil, and evil. After that, God will give you more and fulfill all his Will.
- I speak of the things of the present and the future after fulfilling, gaining, and possessing all the things of the past.
- If you have not even fulfilled the purpose God desires, how can you go to heaven, the place God wants you to reach?
- You will succeed only if you yourself destroy all the despair, doubt, and resentment you have caused with your heart.
- In pursuing your success, your stubbornness and ignorance—and at times your own heart and conduct—can become your enemies. You must destroy that unrighteousness, that mindset, and those actions.
- If something is God’s will but you oppose it out of ignorance, you are an enemy.
- Being lazy and failing to do what you must do is your enemy.
- The misguided heart within you, that gives Satan an opportunity, is the enemy of your success.
- The wrongful unrighteousness in your heart and your wrongful actions are the absolute enemies of your success. Together with the Holy Spirit, destroy those first, and then act.
- Even if others try to stop you, you will act if you are willing to do so. But if your own heart stops you, who will do it? You cannot.
- You yourself should govern your own heart and overcome it.
- There is a way to overcome. I have told you repeatedly.
- The Bible says, “The Lord, too, fought and labored to gain and overcome.”
(Matthew 25:26, NIV) “His master replied, ‘You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed?”
The same is true for me, Seonsaeng. - You end up needlessly fighting with yourself or with others over things that should not be fought over. This is because you have not developed yourself properly. Therefore, always do well.
- Religion is nothing other than developing yourself and doing good.
- If you do not do it, you gain nothing even if you believe in God.
- It should be goodness within God alone. Only then will that goodness be eternal.
- Goodness in the gentile world is goodness within that domain. Its rewards are gained and used up there and end with the physical body. Their spirits can, at most, receive something in the realm of good spirits. When you do good, you must do good within God’s domain. Only then can you enter the kingdom of heaven, God’s eternal domain.
- Whether you eat, sleep, or suffer, if you do it for God, for the Holy Spirit, and for the Lord, it will remain forever. If you do it for your body, the body receives and enjoys it, and it ends as something consumed.
- Even when you do the same thing, if you do it for God and the Lord, that deed becomes eternal, whether you live or die. If you do it for yourself or for earthly glory, it ends on earth.
- Even if you receive glory on earth during your lifetime for what you have done for this world, and your name is remembered on earth after you die, there is no eternal benefit if your spirit goes to death.
- Only if you receive salvation will you receive eternal glory in heaven.
- For those who gave their lives for other people and for their nation, God hears the voice of the Man of Mission who asks Him to grant their wishes especially, takes good care of their cases, and allows them to act in accordance with their wishes.
- Therefore, while you live in this world, live and act for God, the Holy Spirit, and the Lord.
- You receive your reward and recompense according to whom you acted for.
- If you acted for yourself, it ends with you. If you acted for another person, you receive recompense corresponding to that person. If you acted for God and the Lord, you receive salvation in return and receive tens or hundreds of times as much in the kingdom of heaven.
- It is in the heart that both good and evil are made, and it is in the heart that evil is destroyed and removed.
- You make things with your hands and also break things with your hands.
- In the heart you may form bad intentions, and in the heart you may say, “This will not do,” and remove it.
- Hatred arises in the heart. It is also formed when you hear something from others and believe it in your heart. With removing it, too, if you remove it from your heart, it will disappear.
Now is the time to move toward the final victory.
I have given you these profound words so that you may all overcome with the Lord. I pray that all of you will act to the very end and become the ones who fulfill these words.
I bid you the peace of the Holy Spirit’s love.
