너희 염려와 걱정을 주께 고하라.
영의 악적인 것도, 육의 문제들도 고하라.
(벧전 5:7) “너희 염려를 다 주께 맡기라 이는 그가 너희를 돌보심이라”
주는 죄에서 구원하는 구원자도 되고,
또 모든 것을 다 가르쳐
거기서 본인이 행하여 해결하게 하는 구원자도 된다.
Cast your worries and concerns to the Lord.
Tell him about all the evils of the spirit and the problems of the body.
(1 Peter 5:7) “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
The Lord is the Savior who saves you from sin.
He is also the Savior who teaches everything so that you yourself can take action and resolve matters.

주는 중장비와 같다.
크레인, 포클레인, 덤프트럭, 트레일러 같다.
그러니 큰 돌은 중장비로 옮겨야 하듯이,
중장비와 같은 주께 기도로 고하라.
그러나 작은 돌은 작은 장비로 옮기면 되듯이
자기 구원은 자기가 하기다.
작은 것들은 자기가 하면 된다.
The Lord is like heavy machinery.
He is like a crane, an excavator, a dump truck, and a trailer.
Just as large rocks must be moved with heavy machinery, bring your [burdens] to the Lord, who is like heavy machinery, in prayer.
However, just as small stones can be moved with smaller tools, your own salvation is something you must carry out yourself.
You can take action on small things yourself.

자기가 자기를 구원할 수 있으니
구원자만 기다리지 말아라.
자기가 자기 할 일의 구원자다.
자기의 정신적 고통도
자기가 몰아내기 위해 행하지 않으면,
스스로 복이 나가게 한 것이다.
자기를 도울 자를 기다리기만 하지 말고,
스스로 행하라.
Since you can save yourself, do not wait only for the Savior.
You are the savior of your own work.
Even with your mental suffering, if you do not take action to drive it out yourself, you are letting your blessings slip away.
Do not merely wait for someone to help you but take action on your own.

저마다 생각과 머리에 하나님이 주신 능력이 있다.
모두 하나님 말씀을 받은 자들이 아니냐.
쓰지 않으면 녹슨다.
고통도 지혜로 방법을 달리하며 몰아내라.
Each person has abilities that God has given in their thoughts and mind.
You all have received the Word of God, haven’t you?
If you do not use it, it will rust.
With suffering too, drive it out as you change the methods with wisdom.
