불필요한 일을 한 번 할 때마다
경주할 때 옆이나 뒤를 한 번 돌아본 것같이
지장이 많단다.
Each time you do something unnecessary, it causes many disruptions like looking to the side or looking back while running a race.

이와 같이 신앙생활에서도
경주하는 삶을 사는 자가 딴짓하면 그러하단다.
In the same way, in a life of faith also, when someone who is living a life of a race becomes distracted and does unrelated things, it causes the same kind of hindrance.
