우리가 하나님께 기도하며 뭘 원하고 바라지 않냐.
열두 가지나 구하지 말고, 그중 한 가지를 확실하게 구하라.
그리고 그것에 대한 조건을 세워야 한다.
구한다고 주면 세상 다 천국이 되게?
구하고, 자기가 해야 되지 않냐.
조건-대가다.
Don’t we pray to God, asking and hoping for things?
Instead of asking for twelve different things, ask clearly for one thing among them.
Then you must set a condition for that.
If you could receive something just by asking for it, wouldn’t the whole world become heaven?
After you ask, shouldn’t you act on it?
It is a condition and reward.

항상 원인과 결과다.
세상 무슨 재난이 일어나도
원인이 있으니 그런 결과가 온다.
고로 원인을 제공하지 않으면 된다.
Always, it is cause and effect.
Even when a certain disaster occurs in the world, there is a cause that brought forth that result.
Therefore, you must not provide the cause.

잡초는 씨를 안 뿌려도 바람에 날아와서
밭이 잡초 밭이 되게 하기도 한다.
농사지으니 그러하다.
그렇다고 농사 안 지으면 뭐 먹고 사느냐.
As for weeds, even if you do not sow their seeds, they can be carried by the wind and turn a field into a field full of weeds.
It happens because you farm.
However, if you stop farming just because of that, what will you eat and live on?

모두 어떤 일을 하면 그로 인한 어려움이 있다.
그렇다고 주저앉지 말아라.
또 일어나 하는 것이다.
안 하고 있으면 뭐가 되냐.
섭리사 사람들은 그래도 말씀 듣고 열심히 사니
어려운 상황을 벗어나고, 낙심을 벗어나고
희망을 가지고 산다.
Whatever work you do, there will be difficulties that come from doing it.
Just because that happens, do not give up and collapse.
Get back up again and keep going.
What will become of it if you just sit there doing nothing?
Still, the people of Providence listen to the Word and live diligently, so they overcome difficult circumstances, overcome discouragement, and live with hope.

우리가 사람에게 구할 때도
한 가지만 뭘 바라야 희망이 이뤄진다.
여러 가지를 바라면 희망이 이뤄지지 않는다.
한 가지만 되어도 큰 것이다.
너무 많은 것을 바라며 희망을 가지지 말아라.
부모에게도, 자식에게도, 형제에게도 마찬가지이다.
한 가지만 잘하면,
그것으로 다른 것도 좋게 여기는 것이다.
너무 희망을 많이 거니 기대에 어긋나는 것이다.
한 가지에만 희망을 걸고
그것이 이뤄지면 족하다고 하며 가는 것이다.
Even when we ask for something from other people, we need to hope for just one thing. Then our hope will be fulfilled.
If we hope for many things, our hopes will not be fulfilled.
Even if just one thing works out, that alone is tremendous.
Do not want and hope for too many things.
It is the same for your parents, your children, and your brothers and sisters.
If [they] do just one thing well, then through that, regard other things about them positively, too.
Because you place too many hopes on [others], they end up falling short of your expectations.
Place your hope in just one thing and move forward, saying, “If that one thing is fulfilled, that is enough.”

오늘 말씀, 성령의 소리로 들어 봐라.

자기가 원하는 핵만 잘되면 되는 것이다.
그 외의 것은 없다.
수석도 다 잘생기기 어렵다.
자기가 원하는 한 가지만 갖추면 되는 것이다.
As long as the one core thing that you want works out well, it is good.
Nothing else matters.
Even an ornamental rock cannot be beautiful in every single way.
It is enough if it has the one quality that you are looking for.

예수가 마리아 집에 가서도
“여러 가지 차리지 말고, 한 가지만 차려라.” 했다.
부모가 음식을 만들어도
한 가지만 맛있으면 되는 것이다.
너희들도 그리 생각해라.
Even when Jesus went to Mary’s house, he said, “Do not prepare many things. Prepare just one thing.”
Even when your parents prepare food, it is enough if just one dish tastes good.
You, too, should think this way.

선생도 여러 가지를 기대하지 않았다.
오직 한 가지만 기대했다.
그것이 말씀이었다.
그래서 끝까지 말씀 받아
너희들을 하나님께 데리고 가지 않냐.
말씀해 주었으니,
하나님과 같이 사는 것은 본인들이 하는 것이다.
한 가지 갖추기도 힘든데, 월명동은 다 갖췄다.
그리하기 힘드나, 그리하면 좋지 않냐.
Seonsang also did not expect many things.
He expected only one thing.
