Are you spending the Alpha Day well?

사람의 노정을 보면
태어나서 성장하고, 하늘로 배우고, 땅으로도 배우고
때가 되면 자기 개성대로 하늘 뜻대로 쓰여짐을 받는다.
어려운 고통 겪고 살며 얻고
그로 보람을 누리고 살아가는 과정들이다.
When you look at a person’s journey of life, they are born, grow, and learn from the heavens as well as from the earth.
Then when the time comes, they are used according to their individuality and according to Heaven’s will.
It is a process of going through hardships and suffering, gaining things through them, and enjoying the gratification that comes from those [experiences] in life.

선생도 그렇게 살았다.
하늘로도 배우고, 땅으로도 배우고
때가 되어 그 배운 것을 모두에게 전하러 서울로 가서
1978년 6월 1일부터
1명씩 전해 주었다.
앞날이 어떻게 될 것을 알지 못하고
그날그날 성령의 역사와 하나님의 뜻으로 행했다.
I also lived that way.
I learned from the heavens and I learned from the earth.
Then, when the time came, I went to Seoul to preach to everyone what I had learned.
Beginning on June 1, 1978, I preached it to people one by one.
Not knowing what the future would hold, I took action day after day through the workings of the Holy Spirit and with God’s will.

지금 생각하면 정말로 망연하고
어떻게 할 줄을 몰랐었다.
겪고 경험하면서 길이 있으면 가 보고,
가다 막혔으면 돌아오지 않느냐.
그와 같이 복음의 길도 막히면 돌아오고
길 있는 곳으로 가서 복음을 전했다.
그러면서 역사를 펴 왔다.
섭리 초창기때 수년 동안 하여 실 가닥 같은 길을 잡고
사람 키우듯, 나무 키우듯 복음을 전하며 역사를 키워 왔다.
Looking back now, it truly seemed bleak and I did not know what to do.
As you go through things and gain experience, if there is a path, you try it, and if the path is blocked along the way, you turn back, right?
In the same way, if the path of the gospel was blocked, I returned, and I went where there was a path and preached the gospel there.
That is how I carried out the history.
During the early days of Providence, I took action for several years to hold onto a threadlike path, and I raised this history, preaching the gospel, like raising people and cultivating trees.

그러다 하나님 행하시는 일이라 점점 창대케 되어
오늘에 이르러 80여개 나라로 복음이 들어갔다.
복음은 한 명이 전하는 것이 아니고
들은 자들이 계속 전해 주는 것이다.
As I took action in that way, because this was the work God was carrying out, it gradually became greater and prospered.
Today, the gospel has been received by about 80 countries.
The gospel should not be preached by one person alone.
Those who heard it must continue preaching it.

너희도 복음을 들었어도 망연하고
어떻게 할 줄을 모를 때가 있을 것이다.
행하면서 경험자들과 얘기해 보면
많이 참고가 되고 망연한 것이 없어질 것이다.
세계 각 나라 선교사들과
복음을 전하는 자들도 모두 그러하다.
For you too, I am sure there will be times when it seems bleak and you do not know what to do even though you have heard the gospel.
As you take action, if you talk with those who have experience, it will be a great help and your uncertainty will disappear.
The same is true for all the missionaries in each nation throughout the world and for all those who preach the gospel.

지금은 모두 복음을 전해서 퍼졌기 때문에
발판이 있지 않느냐.
각 나라 선교사들 열심히 행하라.
잘되고 형통할 것이다.
가만히 있으면 되는 것이 없다.
Now that the gospel has been preached and spread to all, there is already a foundation, right?
Missionaries in each nation, work hard.
Things will go well and you will prosper.
If you remain still, nothing will happen.

복음을 잘 전해야 된다.
잘 전하지 않으면 올 사람도 안 온다.
핵만 전해도 안 되고 하나씩 하나씩 잘 전해라.
차근차근히 전하라.
급하면 제대로 하지 못한다.
하나님과 성령님의 대언자,
선생 대신 몸이 되어 하는 것이다.
이제 복음을 시작했다고 생각하고
선생이 처음에 그렇게 했듯이 너희도 그렇게 계속 하여라.
You must preach the gospel well.
If you do not preach it well, then even those who would have come will not come.
It is not enough to preach only the core [points]. Preach [everything] well one by one.
Teach it gradually.
If you rush, you cannot do it properly.
It is to do it as the spokesperson of God and the Holy Spirit, as [Their] body on my behalf.
Think of it as though you are just now beginning to preach the gospel, and just as I did in the beginning, continue doing the same in that way.

한 달 동안 하겠다고 하면 한 명은 한다.
한 달에 전도 한 명씩은 할 수 있지 않겠냐.
연결시켜 놓으면 교회 다니게 되고
목사님들과 지도자들이 기르지 않느냐.
성령도 하시고 하나님이 하신다.
차근차근히 하면 백 프로 된다.
If you commit to doing it for one month, you can bring at least one person.
Surely you can evangelize at least one person per month, right?
Once you connect them, they will attend church, and the pastors and leaders will raise them, isn’t that so?
The Holy Spirit will do it, and God will do it.
If you do it gradually step by step, it will work 100%.

신학생들 전도할 수 있는 기간 연장해 달라고 해서
6월달까지 연장했다.
알파날이 있는 달에 꼭 해야 된다.
하나님께 약속하고, 시간 연장까지 해 줬으니 해야 한다.
할 사람도 미루면 못 한다.
The seminary students asked for an extension for the period of evangelism, so it has been extended through June.
You must do it in the month that has Alpha Day.
Since you made a promise to God and an additional time has been given, you must do it.
Even those who can do it will not be able to do it if they keep postponing it.

선생도 초창기 때 커 가면서 성령이 함께하시어 능력이 나가
아픈 자가 치유되고, 고침 받아 기뻐하며
신앙으로 돌아왔다.
하나님이 하시는 일이다.
행하면 능력이 온다.
그들이 섭리 안 나와도, 신앙생활을 하면
하나님이 원하시는 일을 한 것이다.
그로 인해 배우고 기술자가 되고, 복음의 프로가 되었다.
자꾸 해야 자꾸 는다.
생활도 그와 같이 하는 것이다.
신앙만 삶이 아니고 생활도 해야 하니
양단간에 유능하게 살아야 한다.
For me too, in the early days [of Providence], as I grew, the Holy Spirit was with me and power went forth.
Then the sick were healed, rejoiced after being cured, and returned to a life of faith.
It is the work God is doing.
If you take action, power comes forth.
Even if they do not attend Providence [church], if they live a life of faith, then that is doing the work that God wants.
Through that [process], I learned, became skilled, and became a professional at [preaching] the gospel.
You must continue doing it. Only then will you get better.
It is to also live your daily life in this way.
Since you should also live your daily life, not only the life of faith, you must live competently in both areas.

알파날 행사를 어제도 오늘도 계속 하고 있다.
We are continuing the Alpha Day event yesterday and today.

모두 하고자 하는 마음을 먹어라.
하나님이 전도로 인해서
자기 소원을 성취하는 축복도 주신다.
어느 때는 전도자로 인해 소원도 풀리게 하신다.
Everyone, set your hearts to do it.
Through evangelism, God also gives the blessing of fulfilling your own wishes.
At times, He even grants a person’s wishes through the one they evangelize.

시대 복음을 전해 주고 담대히 행하라.
사람이 말 안 하면 모른다.
열심히 말씀을 전해 줘라.
Preach the gospel of the time period and take action boldly.
If people are not told, they will not know.
Diligently preach the Word.

어제 너희들 월명동 와서 운동장 끄트리에
시커멓고 대둔산같이 생긴
산수경석 돌 하나 봤지.
알파날 기념돌로 갖다 놓은 것이다.
확실히 깨닫고 본 사람이 없을 것이다.
봐도 모른다.
선생이 대둔산에서 21년 동안 기도생활 한 것을 기념하여
하나님과 성령이 특히 알파절 때 준 것이다.
대둔산이 70봉이나 된다.
그 돌도 봉우리가 70개란다.
이것을 일부러 만들 수 없지 않느냐.
Yesterday, when you came to Wolmyeongdong, you saw a dark, landscape rock that looked like Mt. Daedun, at the edge of the sports field, right?
That rock was placed there as a commemorative rock for Alpha Day.
I’m sure no one looked at it with clear realization.
You cannot know even if you look.
That rock was given by God and the Holy Spirit especially for Alpha Day to commemorate the 21 years I spent in a life of prayer at Mt. Daedun.
Mt. Daedun has 70 peaks.
That rock also has 70 peaks.
You cannot intentionally make something like this, can you?

돌도 이렇게 뜻이 있을 때 들어오듯
뜻이 있는 자를 전도하면 성령이 이와 같이 해 주신다.
깨닫고 열심히 하길 바란다.
성령의 말씀에 귀를 기울이고 열심히 뛰어라.
Just as even a rock comes in like this when there is a will for it, the Holy Spirit will work in this way when you evangelize a person with a will.
I hope you will realize and work hard.
Listen attentively to the Word of the Holy Spirit and run diligently.

특별히 알파날 때 특히 열심히 뛰면서 해야 할 달이다.
