성령의 소리를 전해 준다.
I deliver you the voice of the Holy Spirit.

차원 높여야 잘된다.
그 차원에서는 그런 신앙이다.
고로 성령은 “새 시대 젊은 자들로 하라.” 하셨다.
새 시대는 젊은 자들이 시대 젊은 자들을 맞고 같이 행한다.
축구, 배구도 모두 젊은 자들, 프로들이 한다.
You have to raise your level. Then things will work out well.
At that level, you will just have that kind of faith.
Therefore, the Holy Spirit said, “Do it with the young people of the new time period.”
In the new time period, young people receive the [other] young people of the time period and take action together.
Whether it is soccer or volleyball, it is all the young people, the professionals, who play.

교회마다 말씀 강의는
목사들 중에 강의 프로들이 모두 하게 하고
일반 교인들은 모두 전문 강사에게 연결해 주기다.
축구 공 달고 가다 바로 골게터에게 패스하듯 해야 한다.
그런데 전도하고 관리하며
자기가 생명을 친구 삼고 또 말벗 삼고 먹고 즐긴다.
축구 할 때 패스 안 하고, 계속 볼 달고 다니듯이
강의 제대로 못 하고 계속 생명을 달고 다닌다.
하나님이 예정해 보내셨는데
빨리 전문가가 가르쳐야 깨닫고 한다.
먹고 즐기기만 하면 안 된다.
In each church, the lecturing of the Word should all be done by the professional lecturers among pastors.
As for the general church members, they should connect all [the lives] to the expert lecturers.
You should do it like passing a ball immediately to a goal-getter when dribbling in soccer.
However, as people evangelize and manage, they make the lives as their friends and conversation partners, and they eat and enjoy [spending time] together with them.
Just like not passing the ball in soccer and continuing to dribble, they continue going about holding onto the lives while they are unable to lecture properly.
God predestined and sent [those lives], so experts need to teach them quickly for them to realize.
You should not just eat and enjoy [spending time] with them.

전국 교회마다 전문 강사가 강의하고
관리도 관리자로 넘겨 해야 된다.
자기 주관으로 관리하니
신앙이 안 들어가고 또 자기식 된다.
전문가가 집 지어야 되는데 그러지 않으니
개집 짓고, 소집 짓고, 돼지집 짓는다.
바로 넘겨 교역자가 관리하고, 전문가가 관리하게 해라.
관리도 전문가에게 빨리 넘겨야 된다.
이같이 안 하니 선교가 안 되고,
말씀을 들어도 제대로 걸작 신앙 못 만드니
주일 예배도 잘 안 나온다.
In all churches nationwide, expert lecturers should lecture, and management should also be passed to managers for them to carry it out.
Because you manage [the lives] based on your own thoughts, faith does not take root in them and you take action in a self-centered way again.
Experts should be the ones building the house, but since that is not the case, [you] end up building houses for a dog, a cow, or a pig.
Make sure to pass [the lives] immediately to head leaders and the experts for management.
Management, too, must quickly be passed to experts.
Because it is not done in this way, ministry does not work and even though [the lives] listen to the Word, they are unable to make a masterpiece of faith properly and thus, they do not even attend the Sunday services well.

교회는 모두 전문 강사는 목사로 세우고,
그중에 프로만 가르치고, 관리도 전문가가 해야 된다.
성령이 이같이 하라고 하신다.
In the church, all expert lecturers should be appointed as pastors, and among them, only professionals should teach. Management should also be done by experts.
The Holy Spirit says to do it in this way.

전도하면서 생명을 공같이 가지고 놀지 말고
자기 자식같이, 애인같이 삼고 하지 말아라.
이것이 섭리 문제란다.
As you evangelize, do not play with the lives as if they are a ball.
Do not treat them like your own children or your lover.
This is the problem of Providence.

다른 교파는 전문가만 강의한다.
전국 교회, 교역자 그리해라.
자기가 전도했다고 안 넘겨 주면서
전문적으로 못 가르치니 나간다.
프로들만 하라고 했는데도 잡고 안 준다고
성령님도 하나님도
“왜 자기 백성 삼느냐. 그럼 청소한다.” 하셨다.
In other denominations, only the experts lecture.
All churches nationwide, head leaders, do it like this.
Because you do not pass [the lives] saying you evangelized them, while you are not able to teach them professionally, they end up leaving.
Even though it was said that only the professionals should teach, people are holding onto [the lives] and are not passing them. That is why both the Holy Spirit and God said, “Why are you making them into your own people? Then We will clean up.”

섭리는 이제 행한 것 보고
실적 없으면 모두 빼고 다른 자 세운다.
꼭 그리하여라.
Now in Providence, only what has been done will be considered.
All those without results will be removed and others will be appointed.
Make sure to do so in this way.
교단도 이 일에 같이 하라.
전도하고 전초하고 바로 전문가 강의 듣게 하기다.
강의하려면, 목사 임명 받고,
강의 유능한가 시험하고, 전문강사 임명받고 하기다.
성령의 소리를 들어라.
공적으로만 올리고 실제 전도는 안 된 것, 그 공적은 허사다.
다시 하라.
시원찮게 가르치니 환난 때 나간다.
Headquarters, carry out this work together.
Evangelize, give preparatory messages, and immediately have [the lives] listen from the expert lecturers.
If you want to lecture, you should be appointed as a pastor, be tested to see if you are competent in lecturing, and be appointed as an expert lecturer.
Listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
As for the [evangelism] merit that was reported but [the lives] were not evangelized in reality, that merit is in vain.
Do it again.
Because [the lives] are taught poorly, they leave during times of tribulation.
