1. Take action to the end with a firm heart.

<1 Peter 5:8-9> Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
<1 Corinthians 15:58> “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”
“but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.”
“And do not give the devil a foothold.”

Today, I will speak on the following themes:
‘First, take action to the end with a firm heart.
Second, do not give the devil a foothold.

◎ Depending on how you think, your heart may sway or be firm and full of hope. It changes in an instant depending on how you set your heart. Therefore, at all times, you must rule over your heart and thoughts well so that they do not go astray.

◯ If you get discouraged and worry, your heart will keep thinking that way. If you think negatively even though neither the present nor the future are [negative], you will keep thinking only negatively. You can even cause yourself to fall over because of your own psychology.

◯ By always relying on God with your heart and making your faith firm, you should firmly possess hope. Your heart wavers because you fail to make your faith firm. Your heart and thoughts must firmly rely on the Almighty God. Only then will you not fall into emptiness, hardships, and idle thoughts.

◯ Both a person’s body and actions are influenced by their heart and thoughts. One attains righteousness by believing through their heart.
(Romans 10:10) “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

Therefore, you should become a person who belongs to righteousness by firmly believing in God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, and the Lord with your heart, and thus not be captured by Satan, demons, evil spirits, and various spirits.

◯ Everyone must pray. You must not stop that prayer. If you stop, you will be captured by Satan, the devil, demons, and various spirits. By praying, you must achieve victory in daily life. If you fail to succeed in daily life, it is as though you are captured by the enemy.

◯ Praying is like going far away when the enemy is coming after you. Therefore, if you stop while praying, it is as if you are captured by the enemy that is pursuing you. Therefore, when praying, you must continue until the set time and stop only after praying fully. Then you have triumphed over the enemy spirits.

◯ Prayer is a weapon.
Prayer is you actually taking action.
Prayer is the work of using your abilities endlessly.
Prayer is guarding your territory with your spiritual power.
Therefore, you must pray every day at the set time. A person who is zealous about their faith and does their work is one who exists in the domain of life of God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, and the Lord.

◯ When you look in the spiritual world, hordes of satans and demons are coming after you like enemies pursuing people during war. This is not something I imagined, but a reality I saw in the spiritual world. Therefore, you must pray powerful prayers and prayers with authority. Just as you can lift even a heavy rock if you muster your strength, similar things will happen if you pray.

◯ The Holy Spirit surely wakes you up at prayer time, and the spirits who help you also wake you up to pray. When that happens, you should immediately wake up and pray without missing that time. Everyone, you should pray for yourself, Providence, and matters that pertain to you, and even pray for your nation and the world. Reality will unfold according to your prayers. Therefore, you should pray for everything you desire.

◯ Prayer is one of the tasks your spirit should do every day in the same way that you eat, sleep, and work every day. Therefore, if you do not pray, it is as if you did not eat, sleep, or do your work.

◯ Therefore, if you fail to pray at the set time, you should still do it, even if you have to carve out a separate time to do it. If you could not do something that surely should have been done, you must surely do it even if it is later. Prayer works in the same way.

Prayer is like work.
If you do not pray, the work of prayer remains undone as is. Therefore, you must make up for it even if it is late. If you read ten chapters of the Bible every day but missed doing it one day, you should make it up by reading it even if it is later. Prayer should be done in the same way.

◯ If something is your responsibility, whatever that task may be, you must do it and complete it. If you do not, it is like something in your room that should have been put away getting in your way for a lifetime because you did not put it away. Depending on what you do, what should be removed gets removed, and what should work will work.

When you have a blank sheet of paper in front of you and wish to draw on it, only what you draw will get drawn. It means that, in the same way, things get done only as much as you have taken action.

◯ When living your life of faith, too, good and evil things are accomplished only as much as you have taken action. Jesus also said, “I have done everything while gathering and scattering.”
(Matthew 25:26) “His master replied, ‘You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed?

Taking action is your power.
Taking action must become your habit.
The one who takes action will triumph.

◯ People live eating the fruit of their deeds. Therefore, you should do more than you are doing now. What you are doing now is insufficient. Only if you act to the best of your abilities will you move on to the next level.

Someone with something to gain at the 100-meter mark will gain what they should gain only after they reach 100 meters and step over the 100-meter line. This is the absolute truth.

◎ God helps everyone and everything He created—all animals, creation, and people. Among them, God especially helps people. God created [the world] so that although He helps, the rest of what one should do will work only as much as one does them. God wants people to live more comfortably by doing their full responsibilities, studying, and doing even more.

◯ If you just live life without making the effort to study, you will continue to live that way at your current level. Even though people have the ability to become skilled technicians, they live like primitives because doing only what they are doing has become their habit. Because they act only in that way, they do not know their own ignorance. They only expand their energy but fail to gain next-level things. Only the one who has gone beyond that level by taking action knows and tells you this. You must approach things in new and better ways through study.

◯ With faith, too, you should work more comfortably, gain more, and break free by studying. You should take action, but only if you take action according to God’s Will is it heaven both on the earth and in heaven. If you act only according to your own thoughts, your life will end after receiving only on the earth.

◯ The former faith only thinks that the Word that their leaders before them taught ignorantly is God’s Will and say that Jesus’ body will come down at the Advent riding on the clouds in the air. Believing that deviating from what they learned incorrectly is deviating from God’s Will, they cannot break free because they are afraid. That is the result of Satan’s schemes and their own psychology.

◯ And, they think that if they do not believe God that will judge the earthly world with literal fire, as they learned in the former faith, they are going against God, and believe even more firmly in the literal judgment of fire.

But that is not right. The judgment of the Word was described as the judgment of fire.
(Luke 12:49) “I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!”
(2 Peter 3:7) By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

According to these scriptures, it is the judgment by the Word that is like fire.

Even if they are taught correctly like this, they think that believing this way is a sin and cannot break free of their incorrect perception. They are people who live a pitiful life of faith.

◯ In this time period as well, does not God judge through the truth? When you go to the spiritual world, there are so many people who become fruitless spirits and go to death because they worked zealously according to false truth. If you do what is wrong, you will go in the wrong direction according to your deeds. Those who believe and follow the truth will escape death and live with their bodies and spirits, receiving the blessing of the time period.

◯ Idol worshippers cannot break free from their idols because they think that if they break free from their idols and believe in God, they are sinning and thus their idols will get angry and punish them.

That is not the case. If they break free of the idols, they come out of death and live receiving God’s blessing for this time period. Also, they are comfortable because they do not have to worship their idols with difficulty. Even if they did commit other offenses, those behind their idols are already in the hell of Death, and thus cannot even punish them.

◯ Those who know incorrectly and practice their faith, thinking unconditionally that [what they know] is God’s Will, end up practicing their faith in the way the former faith practiced “their own faith” bound in ignorance. There are many instances in which people live incorrectly, thinking that something is God’s Will when it is not. Those who live obsessed only with God’s Will think that even what is not His Will is His Will, become caught up in it, and keep going down the path of failure. They live harboring very frightening thoughts. At such times, they must stop what they were doing and think it over.

◯ This is what happens to those who are trapped in their own way of thinking. Those who conduct business while trapped in their own thinking believe that they will come to ruin if they stop doing that business, are reluctant to start a new business that follows this new time period and continue to only do the old thing – earning money by using their own physical body.

They are like those who refuse to tear down the old house built by their ancestors and continue to live in it, because they believe that if they demolish the old house and build a new one, the blessings handed down by their ancestors will leave them.

In this way, if you become absorbed in your own heart and ignorance, and practice a faith based on your own will, it is like living huddled in an old house.

◯ When I, Seonsaeng, was living in the old thatched-roof house, Jesus said, “How can you live in a house like this? Let’s tear it down and build a new house. Likewise, let’s tear down the old faith and build anew just as one builds a new house.”
So, I tore down the old house and built a new house, and I tore down the New Testament faith and practiced a new thousand-year faith. And now, according to God’s plan, I built it anew so it will endure for a thousand years.

◯ If you tear down the old house and old environment and build a newly developed house, even if no one helps you, you enjoy the benefits of the culture of the new time period and live more comfortably than when you lived in the old house. With faith, too, if you tear down the old faith and live a life of faith in the new time period that God is carrying out now, it is like completely tearing down the old house and building and living in a new house.

In this way, it is to break free from the low-level life of faith of the past and live while practicing the life of faith of the new time period. If you have come to the new time period, you should live comfortably in a higher place by regarding the new Word of the new time period as precious, praying, running, and sprinting.

◯ Those who belong to the old time period fear doing things in new ways because their hearts and thoughts are fixed. Everyone, you should show them Wolmyeongdong, teach and guide them so they can see how great it is to do things in new ways and how great the new time period is. Through [telling them about] Wolmyeongdong, I urge you to tell them that Seonsaeng, by being transformed anew, also did such great work.

◯ Go and look at the . People now travel comfortably because the old narrow path was torn down and a new path was made. With faith, too, the old things must be torn down, and it must be done in a new way.

◯ The old things have passed. However, if individuals, Providence, nations, and the world are all bound to the old things and continue to live at the old level, they would experience the suffering of hell.

◯ In the world, too, everyone who broke free from the old things prospered. How much more so when it comes to the world of faith? You must live a life of breaking free to better levels every day. You will go to a new level and a better level only if you run more and do more than now.

◯ With ornamental rocks, too, because I was not content with looking at old ones but continued to raise the level, I acquired and brought in better ones. When I did, I continually learned God’s art that was better. By teaching that faith is like this also, I enabled everyone to realize further, polish their hearts, polish their actions, and rise to a higher level.

◯ You must rise to the new time period at the proper time. If you fail, you will live like the Old Testament people, continually living as servants belonging to the Old Testament Laws. Although you will struggle to improve at the old level, it will only bring more suffering to your body and heart. It can be said that you have resurrected only if you come out of the old time period completely and follow the new time period. Then you will die in the old time period, come to the new time period, and become a living person.

◯ You should deliver the gospel of the new time period that is like this. People will be moved and come to the new time period only if you speak to them well. I bless you to receive the wisdom of speech and the power of speech.

◎ As for the New Testament people, they remain at the children-level old time period even now because they continue to remain at their level even though the new time period they waited for has come. Within the children-domain, even if people continue to study and even if they work even more zealously, they cannot break free from the children-domain. Because they are bound to that mentality, they resent and slander those who broke free from that domain instead. Those who broke free from the old time period know their ignorant deeds well because they were living in that domain before breaking free from it.

◯ If you have been living bound under an enemy-like subject nation and then were set free, how wonderful that would be. You will know it only if you break free. There are so many people whose spirits live bound and without freedom, like people bound under a subject nation. Because they live amid the ignorance and interference of demons, evil spirits, and the enemy who strip their spiritual freedom from them, they cannot live as they wish according to their own thoughts, but live the life of hell. Having become blind, they cannot understand what the seeing people say, but slander them instead. They are the pitiful, blind people of faith of the era.

◯ Life is about the joy of breaking free to a better life. However, people fail to break free even though they were given the Word of hope that would break them free. They do not break free because they do not accept it.

◯ When we look at how people lived their lives of faith for 6,000 years of the history of religion, even though the savior sent by God for the new history worked so hard to lead them out, the people of the old time period always doubted. Instead, they slandered them and treated them like heretics because the truth they teach is different. They are spiritually blind. Those bound by the law of Death reason only according to that law. The law of the blind person of the old time period is different from the law of the one whose eyes are open.

◯ When I, Seonsaeng, was in my twenties, the village seniors who attended seminary would visit the hometown during vacations and tell me to learn at a seminary instead of only praying in the mountains. When I asked them to tell me something they learned from seminary, they told me to hurry up and prepare because Jesus’ body would soon come riding on the clouds. That was about 60 years ago, around 1970. I, Seonsaeng, already knew correctly by that time because I learned directly from Jesus. So, I told them, “How can Jesus’ body come riding on a cloud? I do not believe it that way.”

They insisted on that [belief], then became pastors and carried out their ministries, and now they have retired and are living their lives. Even though 60 years have passed since they said those things, because Jesus has not come in the flesh, they live in distress. Some now finally listen to my, Seonsaeng’s, words and say, “What you say is correct.”

◯ When I, Seonsaeng, was young, I also lived at the level of a child. When a person is young, they are in a period of growth and cannot even walk or think properly. So, even if they urinate or defecate in a room, their parents understand everything and help them. However, when they grow up, it is only natural to leave behind the life at the level of a child and live the life of an adult.

In this way, when faith is like that of a young baby, God and the person God sent to the earth, who is like a parent of faith, help with matters of faith. However, once one has grown, shouldn’t they live knowing the time period correctly? If a person still wears a diaper even after fully growing, they are viewed as either senile, suffering from dementia, or mentally ill. This kind of sickness of faith is immediately healed when one hears, believes, and acts on God’s Word of the new time period.

◯ If one goes on the wrong path, even if one walks it for a lifetime, it is still the wrong path of death. Even if one has gone down the wrong path, if one turns back and comes out onto the right path, one immediately begins walking the path of achieving brilliant hope.

However, people fail to realize the things they learned incorrectly when they were children, and even after growing old, they only acknowledge that and cannot break free from it. This is because they continue to learn what their teachers or ancestors taught them incorrectly out of ignorance. So, they grow up without knowing, and even when they are grown, they insist only on that even more.

◯ Even if a child speaks, if that child is someone who knows, you must follow them. Only if you follow the one who knows will you break free from a bound subject-nation faith and a servant-level faith.

◎ Even after God sees all of their ignorance, He says nothing. Why does He not say anything? This is because working through the one who knows is what God does.

◯ God does not speak directly. He always works through intermediaries.
God works through all creation as His intermediaries,
and works through people as His intermediaries. At times, He gives revelations in dreams and speaks through the dreams.

If you do not know that God works in this way, you will not know it even if God just helped you through creation, people, and dreams. Such people are spiritually blind.

◯ If God were to act directly, it would be as though God were doing what people told Him to do, and He would be people’s errand-runner. Therefore, God doesn’t act directly.

◯ God speaks directly and acts directly only with the one whom He has sent. He gives strict commands, saying, “Teach in this way.” For the most part, in each time period, God speaks through the Man of Mission of Salvation He has sent.

◯ You know the principle of your life. Yet, do you not know the principle of how God works? Even people, when they cannot do something themselves, do they not always work through someone they trust? Or they may write it down and convey it that way. I, Seonsaeng, too, do what should be done by sending a person and working through them. However, some disregard them and oppose them in ignorance. Therefore, they become like Josiah.

◯ God works through people, but He works through those whom God uses and those whom He has appointed. He works through those who are relatively more Abel. If those who are relatively more Cain go directly, He does not do things for them. Rather, Satan intervenes. God always works through the one whom He uses as His own body.

◯ The same goes for trees. Leaves are supplied with water through the branches. The branches are supplied with water through the roots. The roots absorb water through newly grown, fine root hairs. Fine root hairs absorb water from within the soil and through the soil. We must act without going outside this principle of all creation.

◯ When something does not work, it is because it is against the principle. While living, you must pay attention to each thing one by one and learn the principles of life. Among them, the most perfect principle is the truth. Therefore, you must never depart from the truth.

◯ If a person’s body does not move according to what they think, then something has gone wrong with the body.

For example, suppose you thought that you wanted to urinate. So, you went to the bathroom, but if urine does not come out, then something has gone wrong with part of your body.

In this way, if you think of something you need to do, but your hands, feet, and mind do not carry it out, something has gone wrong with your nerves, heart, or some part of the body. Likewise, even after waking up in bed thinking, “I should do what I need to do,” if you do not get up but fall asleep again, something is wrong.

◯ A person’s body must move according to one’s thoughts. When thoughts stimulate the brain and issue commands, the body parts move together with the nerves. If the body does not move even though one thinks to move, it means that the body part did not activate because it has become stiff.

A person’s body parts, thoughts, and brain nerves cannot function when they become stiff. What has become stiff must be exercised and put to use. Only then do the body, the hands and feet, and various body parts become flexible. The internal parts of the body and the brain nerves are the same.

◯ If, as you are living your life of faith, you are unable to take action even though you thought something in faith, set your heart, and decided to take action, then you are not in a normal spiritual state. Something has gone wrong. Especially if you decided to do something for God and then don’t do it, it becomes disobedience.

If you keep doing it, it will work. So, you must return to a normal state by continually doing it without giving up.

◯ People from the gentile world or the former faith who were lazy in body and spirit came to Providence and fixed much of their laziness. The reason they still cannot act even after hearing the Word of the new history is that they have not completely resurrected from the faith of the old time period to the faith of the new time period, even though they live in the new history. Therefore, their hearts are willing, but their bodies are reluctant to act. As their hearts and nerves become stiff in this way, their hearts and faith will eventually die. When people become perfectly resurrected to the new time period, their brains, minds, souls, and spirits come alive, and thus their bodies take action diligently in reality just as they have set their hearts.

◯ Everyone, look at your faith and the faith of those around you.

• Because people do not even run in Providence and do not work diligently, both their brains and thoughts have become hardened into being lazy. Because of that, they cannot immediately take action even though they think they want to do something. Some ended up dying in their faith after giving up and living that way for that reason.
• Some people had living faith at first, but as they went on according to their own thoughts, they became shipwrecked.
• Also, because they did not practice true faith, but practiced faith that believed and followed according to the crowd, they could not establish roots for their own faith. As a result, in times of trials, they fell and disappeared.
• There are also those whose faith became bankrupt once and came to an end. Even in that condition, they could have tried again, but because they did not do so, seeking momentary comfort instead, their faith collapsed.
  They could have done it, but because they chose comfort instead, their faith eventually became bankrupt and even left. When they were being treated well and when it was their time, they should have worked diligently.

⇒ Using this as a mirror, each of you should keep taking action and produce beneficial results. Only then will your faith not go bankrupt. It is to work diligently every day. The more you practice your faith, the more your heart is set on fire, and the better you will do.

For those who are always evil and lazy, God’s judgment is predestined for them. You receive according to your deeds.

◯ If you look at those who failed or who are struggling in their faith, they knew too little of the Word and simply went to and from church.

The head leaders should determine whether there are any who merely go back and forth to church, not knowing the Word well, have them come on Sunday afternoon after service, and teach them thoroughly.

The evangelists, too, should not only keep track of the number of people they have evangelized, or merely whether those they evangelized have come to service. You should even examine their hearts to see if they are facing any difficulties. Only then can you really know the exact problem. You should understand this and help resolve things for them.

◯ Because people do not know the Word properly and merely attend service, they lack vitality because they do not know the one sent for the time period. People must be united with the one who delivers the absolute truth. You should teach this correctly and make them become one with him. Each department head and especially campus members with missions must clearly teach at least the core Word.

◯ The time when a person first begins a life of faith is the greatest opportunity to learn because they are curious. You must teach them perfectly at that time. Only then will they come alive properly. When they hear the Sunday message in such a state, they will mature well and bear the fruits of the true vine.

◯ When a life first comes, you should not simply entrust them only to the evangelist and neglect them. Then they will simply attend church without knowing the truth. They will fall over when the wind blows because they have neither a foundation nor pillars. They must become people of true faith upon the truth and the work of the Holy Spirit. With just the work of the Holy Spirit and grace alone, they will fall over if they do not have the truth, which acts like the bones and pillars.

Because I, Seonsaeng, stood firmly in a faith based on the truth, knew the entire history, and received the work of the Holy Spirit upon that foundation, no matter what anyone said, I fought with the absolute truth and the sword of my mouth, and triumphed. Satan does not know the truth, so before the truth, he retreats.

◯ Among evangelists, there are some who do not know the Word properly themselves, yet teach those they have evangelized only roughly, making them only attend church with enthusiasm without really knowing. That is why they struggle along the way. They see those who live their life of faith well and say, “Why can’t I become like that?”

Unlike those who do things well, those who do anything poorly do so because they do not follow instructions.

I, Seonsaeng, first came to properly know the Word and properly realize and understand God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, and Jesus. In this way, a person becomes a hero in faith only when they learn properly and act properly.

◯ Just as when a building is constructed poorly, an accident can occur, and people can die even while using it after its completion, so if one practices poorly constructed faith, working hard at it can cause it to collapse even more severely, resulting in a more serious accident and even death.

Since the lifetime of your body and even the eternal salvation of your spirit are affected by your present deeds, you must learn clearly and act properly. Only then will things turn out properly.

◎ Jesus said, “Anyone who hears my words and puts them into practice is strong like a house built on rock, even if flooding happens and fast currents beat against it.”
(Matthew 7:24-27) “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”

He also said, “The one who knows is a god.” This means, “The one who has received God’s Word is a god.”
(John 10:34-35) Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods”’? If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside—

Those who have received God’s Word perfectly are gods.

◯ Because Jesus’ Word is the truth, the new history was carried out with that Word for 2,000 years. The Old Testament Word was the truth that was carried out only within the Old Testament world. Whenever a new time period comes, people must always hear the Word of the new time period and come out.

◯ The same is true for this time period. While the New Testament people interpreted the Bible according to their physical nature and not according to Jesus’ original teachings or the way Jesus taught it, they failed to receive the new history because it came according to the scriptures.
How blessed are those who did receive it. Now that you have received it, you must know clearly and act clearly.

◎ Today, I gave the Word with the following key point:
“For a human being, everything is determined according to their heart.
Triumph over all satans, the devil, and demons by making your heart firm and praying absolutely.
Prayer is work. Absolutely pray.
Not only prayer, but the work of the world and the work of faith all go according to what you do. You should take action, but take action while standing on the rock of truth and knowing correctly.
Know clearly the Word of the time period and the Man of Mission of this time.”

I bid you the peace of the Holy Spirit’s love.
